Insolvency and Debt Recovery Services
Much of Roberts Nehmer McKee’s insolvency practice is centred on advising insolvency practitioners on liquidation, receivership, voluntary administration and official management. This involves dealing with the full range of matters that follow an insolvency practitioner’s appointment. These matters include the determination of legal structure status; core legal agreements (property leases, securities and guarantees); retention of title; preference recovery; deeds of company arrangement; contracts with third parties; and winding up, administration and meeting procedure.
The firm can assist individuals and companies who may be facing insolvency with timely advice on debt collection strategies, arrangements with creditors and representations to financiers.
Our experienced Insolvency and Debt Recovery Services team offers clients in-house training in the areas of credit control, debt collection and managing the process if a customer becomes insolvent.
