Native Title may still exist over land that is not held under freehold or another form of perpetual title.Clients with interests in non-freehold land and, rural and mining clients in particular, will need advice and direction when dealing with lands that are already, or may become subject to, a native title claim.

Our lawyers will advise and represent clients in respect of claims under the Native Title Act. With much of rural Queensland held under grazing and term leases that are subject to renewal, native title resolution has assumed a far greater priority especially for those in the cattle industry.
